Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) is seeking a Testing Lead to oversee validation of data pipelines, BI, and AI solutions. You will guide test strategies, ensure data quality, and collaborate with enterprise teams on testing standards aligned with governance.

This role requires strong English, a CS/engineering degree, and 3+ years leading testing efforts. You will work across Warsaw and Gdansk in a hybrid setup, with opportunities for remote work, ongoing training, and participation

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading testing teams and executing plans.
• Experience with data, BI, and analytics test practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application and analytics testing and guide test plans.
• Design test strategies for data pipelines, analytics models, and AI solutions.
• Lead regression and performance testing of analytics platforms.
• Develop and maintain test data management solutions.
• Validate AI model readiness and data quality across projects.
