PwC Polska is seeking a seasoned Test Manager (freelance) to define QA strategies across complex technology projects and lead international, remote teams, ensuring high-quality delivery.

You will design, monitor, and improve testing lifecycles, establish quality gates and KPIs, manage releases, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement while nurturing client relationships and contributing to PwC's growth.

Formación

• 10+ years in delivery management, QA, or tech PM.
• Strong SDLC knowledge with Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience delivering projects in international environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement QA strategies across complex technology projects.
• Design, monitor, and improve development and testing lifecycles.
• Establish quality gates, KPIs, and governance processes for high-quality delivery.
• Manage release activities, including planning, readiness validation, sign-off, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct quality audits and peer reviews.
• Ensure compliance with delivery processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead international and remote teams while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to PwC growth.
