Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Senior QA Manual (AI Product) based in Poland. The role combines hands-on testing across mobile, web, and backend with a focus on AI tooling to improve QA efficiency.

You will plan test scope, write test cases, and operate in a fast-paced Agile release cycle. This is a fully remote position with strong emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manual QA across mobile, web, and backend.
• Ability to create and execute detailed test cases and checklists.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture in Agile environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail/Allure TestOps, MS SQL Server, Fiddler and Postman; AI tools in QA.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing scope, timelines, scenarios, and coverage for product releases.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and checklists.
• Test patches within rapid release cycles; support deployments several times per week.
• Perform hands-on testing across mobile, web, and backend components.
• Identify defects quickly and document them clearly for engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve QA processes.
