Job summary

Emporix, an AI-driven Autonomous Commerce Execution Platform, is seeking a QA Lead in Poland, offering remote/hybrid work from anywhere in Poland with monthly office visits to Gliwice. You will set the vision for AI-powered test automation, lead a small QA team, and partner with engineering to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in test automation, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with SPA and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on test automation and QA leadership for SPA and REST APIs.
• Empathetic, high-trust leader guiding a small QA team.
• Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Practical AI-based QA automation vision or experience.
• Experience integrating tests into Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent Polish and English (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA engineering team and establish high automation standards.
• Define AI-driven QA strategy and maintain suite stability.
• Integrate AI-enhanced regression into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Dev Leads, and Scrum teams using BDD.
