Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer in Poland to design, implement, and optimize automated test suites for Web UI and APIs. You will drive CI/CD integrated tests, mentor peers, and help ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Selenium, Java, and API testing experience with a proactive approach to expanding test coverage and introducing AI-assisted testing methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Test Automation.
• 5+ years of Web UI test automation using Selenium.
• 5+ years of Java development / test automation coding experience.
• 3+ years of API automation testing experience (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Git & maintaining remote code repositories.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve automated test cases for Web UI and APIs.
• Automate newly created test scenarios and leverage AI in test automation.
• Maintain and improve the automation framework and code repository.
• Monitor daily automated test runs and investigate failures.
• Plan and execute regression testing for releases.
• Identify, report, track and verify defects.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and team members to ensure quality.
