Roche Information Solutions seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer in Warsaw to lead automated testing across UI and API layers. You will own test frameworks, integrate with CI/CD, and apply AI-first approaches to testing in a cloud-native pathology platform.

The role requires 7+ years in QA automation, English fluency, and a proactive, independent mindset in a hybrid work setting. Poland-based office presence is expected two days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in QA automation.
• Experience in regulated domains such as medical imaging, digital pathology, IVD, or clinical diagnostics is preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Problem-solving: analytical skills for debugging distributed issues and flaky tests.
• Quality ownership from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and evolve automated test frameworks and quality gates for UI/API layers.
• Design and implement test strategies across multi-module Maven projects.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) and use test reporting tools like Allure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
