Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior QA Manual (AI Product) in Poland. The role combines hands-on manual testing with AI-driven efficiency improvements across mobile, web, and backend, within a fast-paced release environment.

You will design tests, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify defects early for rapid resolution. A product-minded QA professional will help enhance reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing manual QA across mobile, web, and backend environments.
• Ability to craft and execute detailed test cases and checklists.
• Familiarity with Agile development and release cycles.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and API testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing scope, timelines, and coverage for product releases.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and documentation.
• Test patches in rapid release cycles and support production deployments.
• Perform hands-on testing across mobile, web, and backend components.
• Identify defects quickly and document them clearly for rapid resolution.
• Assess how changes affect client-server interactions across layers.
• Support QA activities throughout the Agile lifecycle, not just at the end.
• Standardize repetitive checks and reduce unnecessary manual work.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Contribute to improving user experience and overall product quality.
