Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the Intelligent Middleware (IMW) team. You will ensure quality, reliability, and performance of core network services, with emphasis on test automation and API contracts.

You will design strategies, automate tests, and collaborate with developers and DevOps to maintain scalable software products while applying best practices in testing and security.

Qualifications

• Experience creating end-to-end test strategies for backend services or APIs (REST/WebSockets).
• Hands-on test automation across backend integrations and performance testing.
• Experience with Windows; Linux is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies focusing on backend integration, API contracts, and performance.
• Improve and optimize product quality verification processes.
• Set up, manage, and maintain test environments during active development.
• Automate test environments and scenarios to streamline delivery.
