Role: Senior QA Analyst

Project
You will join the Customer’s Technology Ecosystem as a core member of the Tech Compliance and Risk Enablement (TCRE) Product Group — a strategic function focused on delivering technology‑enabled solutions that support compliance, risk management, and scalable product operations.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
- Ensure testing coverage aligns with product objectives and evolving business needs
- Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution
- Partner closely with engineering teams to triage issues and drive timely fixes
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements
- Identify issues that can be resolved internally
- Identify issues requiring escalation to external vendors
- Cross‑functional collaboration: collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
- Work closely with the Data team to bridge QA and analytics
- Support incident management, including coordination with external partners
- Bridge QA, Product, Engineering, and Data, ensuring understanding of downstream impacts of releases
- Work with third‑party vendors or external engineering teams
- Escalate, track, and manage issues across organizational boundaries
- Maintain reliable test environments and datasets
- Leverage modern testing tools to increase automation coverage and efficiency
- Strategic quality leadership: act as a quality advocate across the product lifecycle
- Identify gaps in user feedback collection, consolidation, and reporting processes
- Translate non‑bug feedback or vendor limitations into actionable feature requests
- Decision support & product influence: provide input into go/no‑go release decisions
- Deliver insights into issue volume, severity, and user impact
- Surface patterns and trends to influence strategic product direction
Our expectations of the candidate
- Minimum of 6 years strong experience in end‑to‑end QA processes (test strategy, test case design, execution, regression, UAT)
- Proven ability to perform functional, integration, and system‑level testing in complex environments
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies
- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise‑scale platforms
- Strong understanding of complex systems, integrations, and data flows
- Basic understanding of APIs, backend systems, and system integrations
- Ability to test beyond the UI and validate end‑to‑end system behavior
- Experience with defect lifecycle management (triage, prioritization, tracking to resolution) and designing risk‑based testing strategies aligned to product priorities
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and documentation
- Experience working with third‑party vendors or external engineering teams
Nice to have
- AI / LLM Product Experience
- Experience testing AI‑powered products, LLM‑based systems, or conversational interfaces
- Understanding of non‑deterministic systems and approaches to validate them
- Data & Analytics Fluency
- Experience working with data teams or analytics workflows
- Ability to analyze logs, usage data, or performance metrics
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Test Automation & Technical Depth
- Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Experience increasing automation coverage and efficiency
