Our team is looking for a Manual QA Engineer for one of our clients.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Support ongoing quality assurance efforts across data‑intensive web applications and microservice‑based platforms.
• Work within a diverse testing landscape that includes both mature legacy frameworks and modern test architectures.
• Maintain and enhance existing test suites, ensuring stability and reliability across multiple UI and API testing frameworks.
• Contribute to new automation initiatives, helping design and implement forward‑looking testing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate complex data flows, user interfaces, and service interactions across multiple environments.

Our expectations of the candidate:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a QA Manual
• Test case design and execution (functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing)
• Defect tracking in JIRA, along with efficient creation of defect evidence (screen recordings)
• API testing using Postman or curl
• Exploratory and scenario‑based testing, and data‑driven web apps
• Familiarity with multi‑environment validation and Allure report review
• Version control (Git, GitHub), branching and PR workflows
• CI/CD concept familiarity (GitHub Actions pipelines)
• Docker for local or containerized test execution
• Experience with multiple environment management (Alpha/Beta/Prod)
• Allure reporting and test artifact analysis
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Nice to have:

• API testing experience (Postman or equivalent) — the automated QA team covers this, but awareness is valuable
• Selenium usage — the automation team uses Selenium; context helps collaboration
• Any scripting or automation background — hybrid profiles are actively welcomed
• Exposure to Maven + Java build tooling (legacy automation stack in use)
• Prior experience on financial, analytics, or data‑heavy SaaS products
