Job summary

Codeminders is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join the Platform Team. You will design and build scalable backend services, improve developer productivity, and lead technical initiatives across the engineering organization.

This role requires deep expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms, with hands-on work in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. You will mentor engineers and shape system architecture.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python backend development experience.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong system design, architecture, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience with production AI/LLM applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and writing English language communication skills.
