Job summary

Directio is seeking a Senior AI/Python Developer to join our Backend Department and contribute to a platform for collecting employee and customer feedback for a Swedish client. The role is fully remote with Warsaw-based operations.

You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Python services, leverage Claude, Cursor, and Copilot, architect hybrid retrievals for LLMs, and collaborate with React/Node.js teams to embed AI into end-user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python backend development experience.
• Experience with Generative AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot).
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, embedding stores and hybrid search.
• Experience with data lakes, data retrieval for LLMs and AI agents.
• APIs, microservices, and distributed backend architecture expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered Python services for production.
• Leverage Claude, Cursor, Copilot to accelerate development.
• Architect and optimize hybrid retrieval systems for LLMs and data lakes.
• Collaborate with React/Node.js teams to integrate AI features.
• Lead new AI initiatives from concept to deployment and improve designs.
