Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznan, Poland is seeking a Senior Project Planner to join the Project Support team. You will lead planning activities for large projects, guide Project Managers, run planning meetings, and support monitoring and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of planning or project management experience in construction, with strong data discipline and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Planner or Project Manager delivering projects in construction, renewable energy or similar.
• Ability to build efficient, logical project structures and keep teams informed.
• Strong focus on compliance, discipline and on-time delivery.
• Clear, transparent communication with diverse stakeholders and adapt messages accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, monitor risks and potential delays and cost impacts.
• Ensure the plan and process structure is realistic and challenged.
• Foster a strong planning culture and data discipline within project teams.
• Coordinate with site-based planners and contractors as the anchor point for planning.
• Guide Project Managers using the new Project Management tool based on Planisware.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and tasks.
