Job summary

ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznań is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives from initiation to delivery in our Poznań office. You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team, collaborating with global IT and business stakeholders to convert digital strategy into tangible business results.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, Prince2 Practitioner or PMP, SAP project experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions.
• Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or SAP projects.
• Experience leading SAP core modules implementations (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO) or related ERP hardware.

Your future team:

You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team at ROCKWOOL, a diverse and international group of IT Project Managers driving strategic digital initiatives across the organization. We work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects in a structured and collaborative way. What you will be doing:

• Lead IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, plans, budgets, and governance in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Drive project execution, managing risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets.
• Prepare project reporting and facilitate steering committee decisions.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex global environments.
• Certifications: Prince2 Practitioner (preferred) or PMP. Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or in SAP projects.
• Experience in leading at least one of the SAP core modules implementations (SD, MM, PP, LES, FI or CO) or optional modules (WM, QM or PM), SAP roll-outs, intralogistics, warehouse processes or associated ERP hardware, such as scanners and label printers, is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with key business partners.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia, depending on project needs.
• Excellent English (spoken & written).
