Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Content Systems) to lead eCommerce CMS/DXP initiatives, delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and partnering with stakeholders to align content strategy with business goals.

Experience with Optimizely, Contentful, AEM, Sitecore, or Umbraco is preferred.

Qualifications

eCommerce experience ideally in a retail environment.
Hands-on CMS/DXP projects: Optimizely, Contentful, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco or similar.
Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, components, workflows, migrations.
Proven re-platforming project experience and cutover ownership.
Proven scope control in project delivery.
Experience on eCommerce platform projects delivering changes to external stakeholders.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management.
Ability to define and deliver to customer expectations within strict deadlines.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive change with critical thinking.
Experience leading teams at different lifecycle stages and modern software practices.
Strong agile delivery and lean ways of working.
Experience managing people and budgets (budgeting, monitoring, reporting).
Solid time management and organizational skills.
Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills, fluent English.

Responsibilities

Run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
Support flow of work by solving issues and blockers.
Provide accurate status reports on milestones, risks, and issues for stakeholders.
Manage several workstreams and ensure output quality.
Handle interdependencies between workstreams.
Inspire teams with varying Agile experience and suggest improvements.
Motivate teams to meet objectives and deliver high quality outputs on time.
Focus on improving delivery processes.
Provide guidance to Junior Project Managers on your account.
Review and update the project resource plan and manage budgets.
Foster relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop customer confidence by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
Set client expectations and resolve escalations diplomatically.
Chair meetings with multiple stakeholder requirements.
Stay up to date with emerging industry practices.
