Darize is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to join its global Project & Change Management Team. The role focuses on accelerating adoption of a Learning Management Solution (LMS) across affiliates and regions, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management, translating objectives into plans, milestones, and actions.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate activities across the Project Core Team and manage dependencies.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, resources, and quality; drive corrective actions.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with clear owners and timelines.
• Escalate topics requiring decisions to Project Lead or Steering Committee
• Maintain project governance documentation and align with organizational framework.
• Coordinate phase-gate preparations and Ensure Definition of Done readiness.
• Establish a clear project operating cadence and document decisions and actions.
• Prepare concise status reports covering progress, risks, and decisions.
• Ensure stakeholders have reliable information to support decisions.
• Maintain project plans, reports, and governance using standard PM tools.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Project & Change Management Team and support a strategic digital acceleration initiative.

The project focuses on accelerating the adoption of a customer training and Learning Management Solution (LMS) across multiple affiliates and regions. In this role, you will bring structure, coordination, and execution discipline to a complex global initiative, working closely with the Project Lead and Project Core Team to translate strategic direction into clear plans and ensure effective delivery.

• Own day-to-day project management, translating project objectives into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions,
• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, including schedules, milestones, resources, and workstreams,
• Coordinate activities across the Project Core Team, ensuring dependencies and handovers are visible and actively managed,
• Track progress against the agreed scope, schedule, resources, and quality expectations, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions,
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation actions have clear owners and timelines,
• Escalate topics requiring decisions from the Project Lead or Steering Committee,
• Manage the project according to the organizational framework and maintain required project management and governance documentation,
• Coordinate preparation for phase gates, including deliverable readiness and Definition of Done,
• Establish and maintain an effective project operating cadence, coordinate project meetings, and ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through,
• Prepare concise project status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions,
• Ensure the Project Lead, Steering Committee, and relevant stakeholders have reliable information supporting effective decision-making,
• Maintain project plans, reports, and governance documentation and ensure consistent use of relevant project management tools and systems.
