Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Content management or DXP experience to join our eCommerce Team on a contract basis in Poland. You will lead complex, multi-workstream projects using Agile, partnering with Programme Manager/Account Director to deliver high quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven software development Project Management experience.
• eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Hands-on CMS/DXP project experience (Optimizely, Contentful, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, templates, libraries, editorial workflows, or migrations.
• Proven experience with re-platforming projects and cutover ownership.
• Experience with scope control in project delivery.
• Experience on ecommerce platform projects delivering changes to external stakeholders.
• Understanding of SDLC and release management.
• Ability to define and meet customer expectations within deadlines.
• Adaptability to ambiguity and change with critical thinking.
• Experience leading teams through lifecycle stages.
• Experience with modern software development practices.
• Strong Agile delivery and Lean methods knowledge.
• Experience managing people and project budgets.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation and diplomacy.
• PM qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
