Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) to coordinate implementation and managed operations of the Thinkproject platform, handling timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and report to project sponsors, ensuring successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management, English proficiency, and PM certifications; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: HBO or WO level (or equivalent).
• PM credentials such as Prince2, PMI or SCRUM Master are advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership from initiation to closure using PM best practices.
• Track progress, scope, timelines, budgets, and risks; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and define clear milestones.
• Report to sponsors/directors and communicate with clients throughout.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain high quality standards.
