Job summary

Thinkproject in Warszawa seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of the Thinkproject business solution, manage timelines, risks, and costs, and align stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure milestones are met, and maintain quality standards while communicating with clients and executives. Hybrid working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure and ensure smooth handover to relevant functions.
• Track progress, control scope and timelines, manage documentation and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and set clear goals and milestones.
• Adhere to governance when in portfolios or report to Project Director/Sponsor as needed.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients; support business planning and roadmaps.
• Monitor milestones and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.
