Qualifications

• Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate with software teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and non-functional requirements (NFRs) into product delivery.
• Good understanding of product management, category management, and e-commerce processes.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling scope, budget, timeline, resources, and risks.
• Prepare and review regular project reports to track progress and ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and proactive risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams ensuring alignment with Agile delivery practices.
• Build and develop high-performing project teams and identify recruitment needs.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and negotiations.
