The role emphasizes P&L ownership, diverse engagement models, and collaboration with pre-sales, with English fluency and the ability to operate remotely within Poland.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within IT/Consulting/Software development
• Strong focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle with IA literacy
• Expertise in managing P&L, budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)
• Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, RFPs/RFIs, and delivering business consulting or advisory services to clients
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; Polish or other European languages is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects for enterprise end clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage diverse delivery models (Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, Managed Services)
• Take full ownership of project financials, budgeting, margins, revenue forecasting, and P&L for the portfolio
• Bridge gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders using IA stack knowledge
• Participate in pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches
• Provide business consultancy to identify automation opportunities, scale IA programs, and maximize ROI
• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing; mentor junior/mid-level PMs
• Maintain exceptional communication with C-level stakeholders, sponsors, and delivery teams

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Project / Delivery Manager to join and strengthen our Intelligent Automation (IA) Practice in Poland.
