Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Delivery Manager to join our Intelligent Automation practice in Poland.

You will lead mid-to-large portfolios across Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services, owning budgets, forecasting, and P&L while aligning technical teams with business stakeholders. You will drive pre-sales efforts, shape scoping and estimations, and advise clients on automation opportunities to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within IT/Consulting/Software development with focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation.
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle, with high IA literacy.
• Experience with pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and client advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage diverse commercial and delivery models including Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services.
• Own project financials: budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders using IA tech stack knowledge.
• Participate in scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches.
• Provide business consultancy to identify automation opportunities and scale IA programs.
• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing within Intelligent Automation.
• Mentor junior/mid-level project managers and collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts.
• Maintain strong communication with C-level stakeholders, sponsors, and delivery teams; drive alignment and manage expectations.

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Project / Delivery Manager to join and strengthen our Intelligent Automation (IA) Practice in Poland. In this role, you will be the backbone of our client-facing delivery operations, responsible for managing mid-to-large-sized project portfolios across diverse engagement models (Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services).

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects for enterprise end clients, ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Manage diverse commercial and delivery models, including Fixed Scope, Time & Materials (T&M), and Managed Services agreements
• Take full ownership of project financials, budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability for the assigned portfolio
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by leveraging knowledge of the IA tech stack
• Participate in pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches
• Provide business consultancy to clients to help them identify automation opportunities, scale their IA programs, and maximize ROI
• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing as part of the Intelligent Automation resource structure
• Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business analysts
• Maintain exceptional communication standards with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and delivery teams, drive alignment and manage expectations proactively

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within the IT / Consulting / Software development industry, with a strong focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle, with high Intelligent Automation literacy
• Familiarity with leading IA stacks such as RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow technologies (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)
• Expertise in managing P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)
• Showcase of a results-oriented mindset with experience delivering complex, mid-to-large-scale portfolios for international end clients
• Background in supporting pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and delivering business consulting or advisory services to clients
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Nice to have Fluency in Polish or other European languages
