Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our CEE_WE Data Practice, shaping delivery of data and AI solutions across the region. You will drive governance, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate AI-driven delivery frameworks.

You will own end-to-end programs, collaborate with Delivery Managers, Business Units, and pre-sales, mentor teams, and contribute to KPI design and process improvements. Proficiency in English required; German a plus. Hybrid work in Poland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in technology services or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex data, analytics, or AI programs at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML delivery, including MLOps, data pipelines, and AI SDLC frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, comfortable engaging with C-level clients and engineering teams.
• English proficiency (written and spoken). German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across multiple data and AI engagements in the EU region.
• Establish and maintain program governance: status reporting, risk management, escalation paths, delivery cadences.
• Drive delivery quality by aligning teams to milestones and client expectations.
• Manage program-level dependencies, resources, and cross-team coordination.
• Champion AI Delivery Model adoption across client engagements and pilot AI tooling in delivery workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with BU leads, GDO partners, and key client stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our CEE_WE Data Practice and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver data and AI solutions across the region.
