As an AI Senior Program Manager, you will be at the heart of this strategic shift, serving as the operational engine for our most critical AI initiatives. Your mission is to bridge commercial strategy and technology execution, removing barriers and ensuring that our AI investments deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional leaders and technology teams to accelerate delivery, scale solutions, and maximize the value realization from AI implementation across the company.

Your main responsibilities:

Adaptive Portfolio Steering: Drive an adaptive operating rhythm focused on delivery momentum over status reporting. Facilitate portfolio trade‑offs with sponsors, compress cycle times from concept to rollout, and surface decisive calls to the Executive Team.

Value Realization: Evaluate project milestones against business metrics (value, speed, cost) to ensure that AI initiatives deliver tangible outcomes, not just technical outputs.

Friction Removal & Fast‑tracking: Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks—particularly across legal, security, and compliance—to accelerate the deployment of high‑impact AI pilots and their subsequent rollout.

Lightweight governance & Business sparring: Establish execution standards and work closely with business units, providing both execution support and challenge.

This is the right job for you if:

You have strong consulting or transformation experience: You bring around 5 years of experience at consulting level, or proportional senior experience in tech, or corporate transformation.

You are a proven transformation leader: You have a track record of driving large‑scale strategic initiatives, managing multi‑stakeholder programs, and cutting through organizational inertia.

You combine critical thinking with assertiveness: You can rigorously stress‑test business logic and financial assumptions, and possess the constructive assertiveness to challenge senior business leaders when necessary.

You are tech‑fluent: You have a solid understanding of technology concepts, allowing you to serve as a credible, strategic partner to both internal technology teams and external vendors.
