Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a senior analytics leader to provide insights and recommendations across all Allegro markets. You will co-pilot with executives, drive data-driven decisions, and enable collaboration across Commerce, Product, AI and Marketing analytics teams.

You will manage an analytics organization of around 20 people, with 2-3 direct reports, and shape the analytics strategy to advance from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading analytics teams in ecommerce or large projects.
• Experience moving from descriptive to predictive analytics.
• Ability to present and defend recommendations to executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner and 1P analytical teams.
• Develop Semantic Layer.
• Ensure efficient operations of Analytics teams and connect insights to guide the Executive Team.
• Proactively propose deep dives and analyses on top KPIs.
• Define roadmap to move from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Foster Analytics community across Allegro and align standards.
• Drive implementation of new technologies around analytics insights.
• Coach and support analytics leads to deliver high quality analytics.
