Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance for New Product Introduction and post-sales support. Based in Katowice with a hybrid schedule, you will ensure compliance with ISO standards and drive corrective actions across across manufacturing and development teams.

You will develop quality plans, perform root-cause analysis, monitor post-sales performance, and participate in design reviews to improve product reliability and overall quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8 years of combined experience in product quality engineering, in a manufacturing environment, and New Product Introduction.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
• Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on quality and reliability aspects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, evaluate, revise, and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
• Ensure activities and products are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
• Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials, and bulk raw materials, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure that established manufacturing processes are followed.
