Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a senior Windchill QA engineer in Poland to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle of Windchill PLM implementations. You will design scalable automation, validate requirements, and drive quality across CI/CD and SAFe practices.

Join a global IT team, report to a Poland-based manager, and operate in a hybrid work model in Katowice. A CS/Engineering degree and 8+ years of QA/automation experience are required, with Tosca or Selenium and qTest expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QA, testing, or validation roles with hands-on test automation.
• Windchill PLM testing experience including core capabilities (Part/BOM, Document/CAD management, Change/workflow).
• Experience with Windchill configuration constructs (ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, OIRs, types, attributes).
• Hands-on automation tools (Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe and DevOps practices.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Windchill testing lifecycle: planning, execution, defects, reporting.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks across environments.
• Develop automated test scripts with Tosca or similar tools.
• Validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and configurations.
• Manage UAT cycles with business validation and traceability.
• Collaborate with Windchill developers, architects, and analysts for coverage.
• Integrate testing activities into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Track test results, defects, and metrics in enterprise tools (e.g., qTest).
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Drive continual QA process improvements and automation coverage.
