Job summary

Asana is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape the Work Management platform. You will work with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, Data Science, Sales, Support, and Marketing to drive strategy and execution for complex workflows.

You’ll own end-to-end product work, from strategy to launch, and partner with cross-functional teams to ship impactful solutions for millions of teams globally. This Warsaw-based role follows a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• 1-2 years experience on B2B SaaS.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Systems thinker who can simplify complex use cases.
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect features to customer issues.
• Action-oriented and able to deliver with velocity.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to enable end-to-end workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners.
• Take new initiatives from 0 to 1 and scale them after validating product-market fit.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver cohesive journeys.
• Partner with R&D teams to support broader goals.
