Job summary

Asana in Warsaw is seeking a Product Designer to help design the future of teamwork. You’ll lead end-to-end experiences for Asana products, partner with cross-functional teams to identify problems, and elevate design quality across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio with interaction and interface design work.
• Ability to drive a human-centered design process with research and data.
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile apps.
• Open, curious mindset and collaborative in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify problems, set vision, and ship solutions.
• Elevate the quality bar for our experience and contribute to the design system.
• Ensure designs scale and are cohesive with the broader product experience.
• Foster co-creation and human-centered problem solving across the organization.
