Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field valued.
• Demonstrated experience with user engagement metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Agile planning methods and product discovery, launch, and review.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across virtual environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with diplomacy, negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the comprehensive product roadmap and drive portfolio-level prioritization across multiple products.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, data scientists, project managers, customers and senior leadership.
• Use analytics and KPIs to guide decisions and measure success across product dimensions.
• Lead customer discovery initiatives and mentor teammates in interviewing and value proposition validation.
• Translate needs into detailed epics and initiatives aligned with the product strategy.
