Traffit is seeking a Product Manager (IT Solutions) in Warsaw, with a focus on developing and implementing product strategy for a consumer electronics context. The role involves benchmarking, market analysis, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and manufacturing.

Hybrid work mode with one day of Home Office is available. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong IT monitors/RTV market knowledge, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.
• Strong market knowledge in IT monitors and RTV segments.
• Excellent influencing skills to support strategic decisions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategy aligned with Polish market dynamics.
• Conduct comprehensive product benchmarking against market standards.
• Analyze competitors’ pricing for robust price positioning.
• Recommend product assortments across channels to maximize revenue.
• Design value communication packages leveraging consumer insights and USP.
• Create and maintain product data and technical specifications.
• Perform market analysis including segmentation to forecast demand.
• Execute market sensing activities to gather real-time insights.
• Monitor and manage sales and profitability at the model level.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and manufacturing to drive alignment.
• Participate in customer meetings to support product positioning.
