Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an EV Backend Product Lead to coordinate Customer Support and daily development for Toyota digital and mobility solutions, including in-car multimedia, EV charging and online sales. You will align support, engineering and business stakeholders across locations.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and data skills, with hybrid work in Wrocław and a focus on energy products such as Private charge and V1G. Join a cross-functional team within the Toyota ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Analytical, detail-oriented and accurate; strong critical thinking.
• Clear written and verbal communication; effective meeting facilitation and teamwork.
• Comfort discussing APIs, databases, logging and monitoring with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Teams and Outlook; familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.
• Process modelling, workflow analysis, translating data into actions, and basic data analysis and visualisation.
• Fluent English and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Customer Support, Development, Operations and stakeholders.
• Understand requirements for Private charge, V1G and other energy products; align them with TME strategy and current or future EV Backend products.
• Maintain and improve Toyota Home Charge, manage TME requirements towards suppliers, and monitor needs of NMSCs and retailers.
• Understand solution architecture and dependencies; analyse data, report findings and action plans to management, follow up rollouts, and improve quality and performance.
