Job summary

PROFITROOM is seeking a Product Manager to own Suite, the entry point for hoteliers. You will shape the onboarding experience and scale multi-property configurations while collaborating with Onboarding, Support and Training teams.

The role involves data-driven decision making and close interaction with international clients across many markets. This remote-first position supports a global hotel ecosystem and requires strong product thinking, hospitality domain knowledge, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Manager or similar with real discovery and prioritisation ownership.
• Experience in hospitality industry and understanding hotel operations.
• Experience with onboarding, configuration or admin areas of a SaaS product and self-service flows.
• Experience with a multi-tenant SaaS platform and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Suite roadmap translating business goals into a pragmatic plan.
• Own the shared platform layer: navigation, UI framework and common components; set standards and improve efficiency.
• Redesign onboarding to be faster, simpler, and self-service for clients.
• Build multi-property capabilities and portfolio-level configuration for groups of properties.
• Improve Admin experience: invoicing, terms management, and day-to-day config for hoteliers.
• Lead authentication, login, SSO and multi-tenant security considerations.
• Develop the Support & Knowledge layer with ticketing integration and in-platform help.
• Capture Voice of the Customer through ongoing discovery with hoteliers and internal teams.
• Use data/AI to identify friction and measure impact of releases.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Support, Sales, CS and Training teams to align priorities.
