ApartmentIQ is seeking a Technical Staff Product Manager to own the data platform, collaborating with data engineering and data science to define ingestion, models, quality, and delivery to products. You’ll run root-cause analyses, set metrics, and translate customer needs into platform requirements, shaping roadmap and priorities in a fast-moving B2B SaaS context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, data science, or analytics with 4+ years managing data products
• Background in data science, analytics, or quantitative field
• Proven root-cause analysis on data issues and shipping fixes
• Knowledge of modern data stack: pipelines, ETL/ELT, warehousing
• Experience collaborating with data engineers/scientists and earning trust
• Ability to turn ambiguous data problems into clear priorities and plans
• Experience in fast-moving B2B SaaS; real estate/PropTech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the data platform, including ingestion, models, quality, and delivery to products
• Lead root cause analysis on data quality issues and coordinate fixes with engineering
• Define data quality standards, SLAs, and monitoring to catch issues early
• Partner with data engineering and data science to scope requirements and priorities
• Translate internal data user needs into platform requirements
• Define and track metrics for platform health, adoption, and impact
• Evaluate data sources, vendors, and partnerships to improve intelligence
• Explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
