Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw, part of HelloTech, builds the data platforms powering our global digital product ecosystem. You will join the Foundations Alliance to drive the Operational Data Platform, focusing on streaming, databases, and reliable data delivery for analytics and AI.

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll partner with Engineering Lead and analytics teams to optimize cost, reliability, and data quality while shaping a scalable, data-driven roadmap across HelloFresh markets.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with experience in data infrastructure and platforms.
• Familiarity with event streaming and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Strong track record of roadmaps and KPIs for technical teams.
• Data-driven prioritization and analytical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and roadmap for the Operational Data Platform.
• Lead the squad's cost-efficiency roadmap as a core KPI.
• Maintain reliability of streaming and core databases with defined uptime targets.
• Champion data contracts and schema standards at the point of data creation.
• Guide platform tooling decisions to avoid redundant options.
• Define and maintain the handover contract with the Analytical Data Platform.
• Act as primary interface between the platform and data producers to translate needs into priorities.
• Define, track, and report squad KPIs against alliance goals.
