Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Business Implementation Manager for Global Accounts to lead the onboarding and migration of integration services (EDI and API).

You will coordinate across Sales, IT, and Operations to ensure successful go-live, define BRDs, and oversee UAT, troubleshooting, and post-go-live advisory while promoting an API-first approach across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer implementations, business integrations, EDI or API projects.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-country onboarding across stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into integration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Implementation Manager for Global Accounts and migrations.
• Own activities from requirements definition through go-live.
• Coordinate with Sales, IT and Operations to ensure onboarding.
• Review BRDs to initiate integration projects.
• Define and ensure UAT scenarios are executed.
• Serve as the primary business contact post go-live.
