Allegro is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Poznań to own vertical customer experience initiatives. You will define vision, strategy, and the execution roadmap, translating insights into actionable requirements while collaborating with engineering, UX, data science, and analytics teams.

You will manage KPIs, align diverse stakeholders, and drive high-impact software solutions in a fast-paced environment with strong autonomy and support for growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, including roadmapping and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong SDLC understanding and IT process knowledge.
• Data-driven decision making with a balanced view of data, context and experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and autonomy.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision and strategy for vertical customer experience initiatives.
• Translate user needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Own mid-term planning (6–12 months) with high autonomy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, data science, analytics, and support teams.
• Define KPIs and link them to business objectives and company strategy.
• Align stakeholders up to CL8 level with clear communication.
• Optimize resources and prioritize strategic priorities.
• Apply data-driven frameworks to decide between AI, experiments or rule-based solutions.
• Prepare concise decision proposals and narratives to support initiatives.
