Job summary

Allegro is seeking a hands-on Product Manager (Delivery mindset) to own our internal CRM and Contact Center hub in Poznań. You will bridge vision and execution, connecting tools, automating processes, and elevating experiences for business teams and merchants.

You will lead key projects, explore AI and LLM possibilities to transform support tooling, partner with stakeholders, and shape roadmaps. Fluency in Polish and English, plus a track record delivering enterprise platforms, are required.

Qualifications

Proven PM or delivery-focused leader for internal platforms (CRM/CX).
Experience with enterprise platforms (CRM/Contact Center) like Salesforce or Genesys.
Ability to map end-to-end processes across departments.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders; Polish and English required.
Track record delivering greenfield solutions and automations.

Responsibilities

Analyze cross-department workflows to streamline internal processes.
Lead projects from concept to rollout with a focus on quality implementations.
Partner with business, operations, and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions.
Shape roadmap for internal tools and contact channels, leveraging AI to boost efficiency.
Manage product backlogs, continuous discovery, and measure performance with metrics.
