Allegro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead customer experience initiatives, owning vision and strategy while collaborating with engineering, UX, data science, and analytics teams. You will translate insights into actionable requirements and drive 6–12 month roadmaps with high autonomy.

You will define KPIs aligned to business objectives and guide stakeholders up to CL8, maximizing the impact of resources and applying data-driven frameworks for decisions.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and IT processes.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to balance data, context, and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision and strategy for vertical-specific customer experience initiatives.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements with internal clients.
• Own mid-term roadmaps (6–12 months) with high autonomy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, data science, analytics and more.
• Define and track KPIs and connect to business objectives.
• Align diverse stakeholders and maintain clear communication up to CL8 level.
• Optimize resources by prioritizing strategic initiatives.
• Apply data-driven frameworks to decide on AI vs rule-based solutions.
