Job summary

CloudFerro is a cloud services provider delivering and operating computing clouds for specialized markets across Europe. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own the billing system roadmap and collaborate with technical, business, and sales teams in an Agile setting.

The role requires deep OpenStack/Ceph knowledge, SCRUM experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical actions while guiding multiple initiatives toward profitable, secure, compliant cloud solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of product management experience in IT or cloud services.
Strong knowledge of OpenStack and Ceph architecture.
Experience with SCRUM teams and backlog management.
Understanding of AI operations on cloud infrastructure.
Fluent English in technical and business contexts.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the product roadmap for CloudFerro’s billing system.
Create and manage the product backlog in a high-demand environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of hardware used in cloud infrastructure, incl. Supermicro platforms.
Conduct market analysis and identify development directions for OpenStack/Ceph/Kubernetes.
Coordinate multiple product initiatives and act as Project Manager when needed.
Create and update product documentation with SLA, security, and availability in mind.
Monitor costs and assess impact on service profitability and margins.
Identify market opportunities for IaaS including AI/HPC workloads.
