Job summary

Software Mind is building and operating private cloud platforms for enterprise clients in Western Europe. You will own platform architecture across control plane, compute, storage and network, ensuring high availability and scalable sizing.

You’ll produce high/low level designs, perform deployments with Kolla-Ansible, and collaborate with client architects on design reviews. You will also lead workshops, mentor engineers, and provide guidance during pre-sales engagements, while maintaining

Qualifications

• 6+ years in infrastructure, virtualization or cloud platforms.
• 3+ years with OpenStack in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform architecture across control plane, compute, storage and network.
• Produce the design documentation: High Level Design, Low Level Design, runbooks.
• Deploy and upgrade the platform with Kolla-Ansible; code in Git.
• Integrate storage, networking, identity and load balancing: Cinder, OVN and Open vSwitch, Keystone with OIDC federation, Octavia and Barbican.
• Set up metrics and logging; integrate with client CMDB.
• Lead technical workshops, design reviews and acceptance testing with client representatives.
• Act as third line escalation for platforms; lead root cause analysis.
• Support pre-sales as technical expert and guide engineers.
