Job summary

Arrive seeks a Product Manager for Fleet Billing to own the payment and billing configuration layer at the heart of Arrive for Business. You’ll connect payment methods, configure billing flows, and integrate with platforms like Concur, while guiding customers to discover, upgrade, and manage enterprise product packages.

This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of payments, enterprise SaaS, partner integrations, and product packaging.

Qualifications

3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech products.
Experience building or owning payment, billing, or financial workflow products is a strong plus.
Comfort with enterprise billing complexity and ability to bring structure to edge cases.
Strong cross-functional instincts to align engineering, design, and commercial teams.
Data-informed judgment with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with clear articulation of problems.
Bias toward action and ability to remove blockers.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle for payment method management, subscription billing, expense integrations, and package upgrade/downgrade visibility from discovery through delivery.
Collaborate with our Payments team to expand payment method coverage and integrate with additional expense platforms.
Shape upgrade and package visibility experiences as we launch differentiated enterprise tiers.
Set metrics to measure billing reliability, expense workflow adoption, and payment success.
Work across engineering, design, finance, and commercial partners to ship effectively.
Leverage AI tools to move faster and think smarter.
