Job summary

LotusFlare, a cloud-native SaaS provider, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for its telecom-focused software stack. You will collaborate with engineers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to drive feature ideation, development, and launches.

You will turn ambiguous inputs into action plans, analyze market data, and define metrics to measure success, while ensuring exceptional user experiences across LotusFlare's DNO Cloud platform and Nomad product line.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or software development in telecom domain.
• Ability to discuss and work with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture.
• 3+ years in an Enterprise software company preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture) is preferred.
• Knowledge and 3+ years experience with either one: Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution of product features for LotusFlare’s software stack.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch.
• Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans.
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience.
• Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business.
