RISK is seeking a Product Lead to drive the strategy and execution of iGaming products across multiple markets. You will mentor Product Managers, shape roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into actionable product initiatives, leveraging data analytics and experimentation to optimize performance and growth in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Product Lead or equivalent roles.
• Strong iGaming product management background.
• Experience with third-party B2B platform solutions.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Analytical skills with product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers.
• Drive product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across initiatives.
• Establish effective product management processes across business and technical teams.
