Parimatch in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Casino) to shape the product strategy for the Casino Stream and drive core metric growth across internal brands. You will lead casino platform launches, optimize margins, evaluate providers, mentor teams, and deliver data-driven insights to boost performance.

Qualifications

• iGaming casino operations, player behavior metrics, and core product KPIs (GGR, NGR, RTP, Conversion, Retention).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the casino product strategy by introducing engaging mechanics, new features, and fresh content to accelerate growth across core product metrics.
• Lead the casino platform rollout in strategic partnership with GR8 Tech, managing post-launch performance analysis and continuous optimization.
• Monitor player activity metrics and product KPIs, delivering project-level solutions to elevate profitability.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage end-to-end integration of top-tier game providers and casino content.
• Direct and oversee teams within the Casino Stream, tracking performance metrics and delivering actionable feedback.
• Provide expert guidance and data-driven insights to internal brands and partner projects to improve product performance.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Product Manager (Casino) to our Casino Stream, shape the product strategy, and drive core metric growth across internal brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Innovation: Define and execute the casino product strategy by introducing engaging mechanics, new features, and fresh content to accelerate growth across core product metrics.
• Platform Launch & Partnership: Lead the casino platform rollout in strategic partnership with GR8 Tech, managing post-launch performance analysis, continuous optimization, and scale.
• Performance & Margin Optimization: Continuously monitor player activity metrics and product KPIs, applying hands-on margin management and delivering project-level solutions to elevate overall business profitability.
• Content & Provider Management: Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage the end-to-end integration of top-tier game providers and casino content.
• Team Leadership & Operations: Direct and oversee teams within the Casino Stream, tracking performance metrics, delivering actionable feedback, and optimizing operational workflows.
• Strategic Consultation: Provide expert guidance and data-driven insights to internal brands and partner projects to continuously improve product performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• iGaming Expertise: Deep understanding of iGaming casino operations, player behavior metrics, and core product KPIs (GGR, NGR, RTP, Conversion, Retention, Bets/Player, etc.).
• Data-Driven Performance Management: Proven track record of analyzing casino product performance to identify untapped growth opportunities.
• Margin Optimization: Hands-on experience in margin management and optimization within a casino environment.
• End-to-End Delivery: Strong experience in full-cycle product management - from feature conception and provider integration to rollout and post-launch analysis.
• Content Sourcing: Practical experience sourcing, evaluating, and integrating casino game providers.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to direct, mentor, and align teams operating within a Casino Stream.
