Job summary

Vention is seeking a Product Manager with 4+ years of experience to own a product area from strategy through launch. You will partner with engineering and design, define metrics, run experiments, and drive data-informed decisions to improve ERP-scale solutions.

Responsibilities include shaping roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating go-to-market activities while communicating trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of a product area end to end, from strategy through launch and iteration.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics and query data.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and experiments.
• Experience building roadmaps and prioritization frameworks across stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of agile development and close collaboration with engineering and design.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area; align with company goals.
• Prioritize the backlog with rationale balancing customer value, impact, and effort.
• Run product discovery: interviews, user research, surveys, market and competitor analysis.
• Translate insights into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define, track, and own product metrics and KPIs.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
• Set up analytics and dashboards to monitor product health.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design through full lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate go-to-market; manage stakeholders and communicate progress.
