Job summary

Vention is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key ERP area in a remote role based in Lodz, Poland. You will prioritize the backlog, run discovery, define requirements, and lead cross-functional teams with engineering and design through the full lifecycle.

You will design experiments, track KPIs, and communicate trade-offs to leadership while collaborating across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with ERP at scale.
• End-to-end ownership of a product area from strategy through launch and iteration.
• Strong analytics: define metrics, query data, and draw insights.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience building roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
• Deep understanding of agile development and collaboration with eng/design.
• Strong prioritization and customer-centric mindset with exec-level communication.
• Ability to break ambiguous problems into structured plans.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area and align with company goals.
• Prioritize the backlog with rationale balancing customer value, business impact, and effort.
• Run product discovery: interviews, user research, surveys, market analysis.
• Translate insights into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Define, track, and own product metrics and KPIs.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
• Set up analytics dashboards to monitor product health.
• Work day-to-day with engineering and design through lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate go-to-market efforts.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate trade-offs to leadership.
