Job summary

Talanto is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Poland to lead ERP-scale initiatives. You will own the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design, and drive data-informed decisions through metrics and experiments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into clear requirements, define KPIs, and guide go-to-market plans while communicating trade-offs to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ERP-scale experience.
• Ability to own a product area end-to-end, from strategy to launch.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on with defining metrics, experiments, and dashboards.
• Experience with roadmaps, prioritization, and agile collaboration.
• Ability to work with executives and manage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) is required.
• Technical background or API/system architecture familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered or data-heavy products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area aligned with company goals.
• Run product discovery: user interviews, research, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Translate insights into clear requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track product metrics and KPIs; manage analytics dashboards.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with engineering and design throughout the lifecycle.
• Plan go-to-market and coordinate releases; communicate trade-offs to leadership.
