Required skills
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of ERP system at scale
- Proven ownership of a product area end to end: from strategy through launch and iteration
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable defining metrics, querying data, and drawing conclusions
- Hands‑on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and experiments
- Experience building and communicating roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
- Deep understanding of agile development and close collaboration with engineering and design
- Strong prioritization judgment and a customer‑centric mindset, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including with executives
- Ability to break ambiguous, messy problems into structured, actionable plans
- Experience with product analytics and product management tools
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Technical background or fluency with APIs and system architecture is a significant advantage
- Experience with AI‑powered or data-heavy products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, and keep it aligned with company goals
- Prioritize the backlog with a clear, rationale, balancing customer value, business impact, and effortRun product discovery: customer interviews, user research, surveys, market and competitor analysis
- Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define, track, and own product metrics and KPIs
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments
- Set up and use analytics and dashboards to monitor product health
- Work day‑to‑day with engineering and design through the full lifecycle
- Plan and coordinate go‑to‑market
- Manage stakeholders across the company and communicate trade‑offs, progress, and outcomes clearly to leadership
