Job summary

Vention in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Product Manager to own vision, strategy, and metrics for a key product area. The role is remote with full-time commitment and close collaboration with engineering and design throughout the lifecycle, including discovery, roadmapping, experiments, and GTM plans.

You’ll translate insights into requirements, drive KPIs, and communicate trade-offs to leadership, while maintaining a customer-centric, data-driven approach in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ERP system at scale.
• Proven ownership of a product area end to end: strategy through launch.
• Strong analytical skills: metrics, data queries, conclusions.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and experiments.
• Experience building and communicating roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
• Deep understanding of agile development and collaboration with engineering/design.
• Strong prioritization and customer-centric mindset with executive communication.
• Ability to break ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans.
• Experience with product analytics and PM tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Technical background or fluency with APIs and system architecture a significant advantage.
• Experience with AI-powered or data-heavy products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.
• Prioritize the backlog with clear rationale balancing value, impact, and effort.
• Run product discovery: customer interviews, user research, surveys, market and competitor analysis.
• Translate insights into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define, track, and own product metrics and KPIs.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
• Set up analytics and dashboards to monitor product health.
• Work with engineering and design through the full lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate go-to-market activities.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate trade-offs and outcomes to leadership.
